Bailley Fauske, LPC
Therapist
Bailley is currently accepting new in-person and telehealth clients! Immediate openings starting September 1st!

Originally from Willow City, North Dakota, I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Mary and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My background in community mental health has given me the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult seasons and taught me that healing rarely happens in a perfectly straight line.
I enjoy working with women navigating all of life’s transitions. Whether that is navigating grief and loss, infertility and reproductive concerns, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, anxiety, depression, and those seasons when you simply don’t feel quite like yourself.
Newborns and babies are always welcome in my office. I know how difficult it can be to prioritize your own care during early motherhood, and I never want childcare to be the reason you have to put your mental health on hold. We can pause for feedings, diaper changes, fussiness, snuggles, and everything else that comes with caring for a baby… While still making space to care for you, too!
My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and collaborative. There is room in my office for the hard stuff and the messy stuff. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin- show up as you are, and we’ll start there.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, escaping to the lake whenever possible, reading, or attempting to keep my plants alive.
